The longer I blog about gift-giving, the more I find myself immersed in the wonderful world of printable gift wrap. It’s taught me something too—it takes quite the creative person to make something so superbly simple.
I should add, I expect no less for the crafty Kate at Mini-eco. She’s a favorite here. Nevertheless these freebie Halloween wraps are just right to jumpstart your imagination. They’re your backdrop for Halloween gifts gone wild. And the Pac-Man ghost, really who can resist that?

It’s a snail mail lovefest kind of day. And why not? Don’t the ones we love deserve to hear from us in a way that shows care and effort went into the hellos we’re sending? You can be sure I kick myself over such things more often than I’d like to.
That’s where people like Chelsea Costa help to make this world a better place. When she gets crafty, our creative juices get energized. I mean look, she’s sending a freaking party to a mailbox! Complete with tootsie rolls, candy pumpkins and homemade spooky skull garland.
Visit Lovely Indeed to see what went into Chelsea’s DIY Halloween mail and get inspired to send your own party by post. What would yours include?

I know we just shared some super awesome printables from Sibylle Roessler (of Funkytime fame), but dang, that girl is ON TOP OF THINGS. How she finds the time to design all this printable goodness, take gorgeous photos, and present it to the world in the cutest possible way, I will never know. But I am so happy she does because, hello, look how ridiculously cool these Halloween printables are!
From Fang Floss (a spooky version of baker’s twine) to bottled Panic Attacks, there’s a label for all your gift giving needs this Halloween. Heck, who doesn’t want a bottle of “Moldy Organ Marmalade”?? Yummy!
To get these Halloween printable shenanigans started, head over to Funkytime–there are four downloads in all!
Halloween decor is so frighteningly fun! The colors, the shapes, the ghouls and the creativity are equally exciting for wide-eyed youngsters taking it all in, and kids-at-heart wishing it was still acceptable to approach your neighbor with an open bag and a smile.
Being the savvy gift-givers that we are, I thought it’d be fun to roundup some Halloween cheer with ideas you can make from your gift wrap stash, using paper, ribbons, and tape.

Well he’s done it. Sweet Paul has officially transitioned me into the autumn spirit. It’s a little sweet, a little spicy, looks beautiful and smells divine.
If you’ve yet to explore an issue of Sweet Paul Magazine, you’re in for a real treat. You’ll find everything from warm apple cider and (even more) avocados, to tips on throwing a camping party, minus the camping. There’s recipes to inspire a harvest bake sale and even a spooky black Halloween.
Enjoy this quick peek, and then I recommend that you get comfortable, light a spicy candle and flip through for a while. You’ll be falling for autumn in no time.
