Leah Dieterich has a way with words. Thankful words. Each day she puts pen to paper in recognition of something she’s grateful for and posts the notes on thxthxthx.
There’s always something to be thankful for. From the important things like Songs You’re Embarrassed to Like, and Heavy Eyelids that Tell You When You Need to Sleep, to friends and family, love and loneliness, light and darkness, Leah Dieterich sets out to acknowledge them all. thxthxthx is her daily exercise in gratitude.
We’re excited that her sincere, often quirky, handwritten notes have come together in a delightful compilation called thxthxthx: Thank Goodness for Everything.
In addition she’s made some darn cute videos about the book launch. Enjoy a couple below, then snag the book for someone you’re grateful for!

With Father’s Day only a couple weeks away, it’s time to start thinking about Dad. Yep, that sweet guy who took the training wheels off and knew you could do it.
We’ve picked a manly mix for Dads of all kinds and gift-givers of all price ranges, and put them together in a whopping list called, Wantist presents…Father’s Day 2011.
We hope it helps you find something great for the Dads in your life, and if you’re a Dad then we suggest you leave the list up in a conspicuous place. Or email it. Tweet it. Anything so you don’t end up with another pair of socks.

Sometimes you get to be in a super cool magazine. And it’s so much fun when you do!
We’re absolutely thrilled to share the pages with all the inspiring and beautiful people in the lastest issue of WLWL—welikewelove is a magazine about sharing the things you like & love.
Full of awesome fashion photography, interviews with favorite bloggers, great food, good music, a house to die for, and so much more.
Check us out on pages 30-31 and read about how Wantist came to be, some thoughts on gift-giving, and why we love what we do.
Thanks so much to Liz & Alyssa. You guys inspire and amaze us all the time!
Growing up, my mother encouraged me to always be grateful for every opportunity, good gesture, or bit of service that came my way – and to express it in words and writing. To this day, I’m still a strong believer in the hand-written “Thank You” card. Of course, my love of stationery and pretty paper doesn’t hurt either. But really, with beautiful cards like these, there’s no excuse not to!
Graduation Day is two things. A proud celebration of their great accomplishment, and the start of their next big venture. With messages of optimism and determination, here’s 26 wonderful books and prints to celebrate the graduate.
Sapling Press sure knows how to light up a smile with a greeting card (remember the Dear Blank series?). I mean who doesn’t have fond memories of pudding pops and happy little trees??

Challenge your friends to a hipster-spotting contest. You already know how to play—snap a pic and be the first to fill your card. Who knows, you might win a fixie! (Not really, it’s just for fun. Unless the hipster fairy visits you in the middle of the night. Maybe put your iPhone under your pillow?)
If you find beards, bangs and Bill Murray endearing like I do, a game like this is icing on a delicious vegan cupcake. Betcha I could step outside and spot them all in a five minute walk to fetch a latte. (Man, I love Portland. And lattes.) Ready, go!
