Make This Gift: Dyed Golf Balls

Dyed Golf Balls

You remember these pants. Well what if he had balls to match? (Oh you stop, I’m talking about golf balls).

Instead of a monogram or putting someone’s face on the ball, here’s a fun way to personalize golf balls so that they’re easier to identify on the course and a lot more colorful.

With just some water and a little bit of dye, create a rainbow for the whole family to use or choose your golfer’s favorite colors for a simple DIY gift made with love.

The instructions are here. Let me know how yours turn out!

Taped and Tied with Felt & Wire Supply

Angela Liguori Wrapping paper and Italian cotton ribbon

Have I made it clear how much I love paper goods and perfect packages? No? Well I do. And I will.

Case in point: when I found out Felt & Wire was adding a supplies section to their already wonderful collection, I was giddy, and let’s just say that’s a word I save for special moments.

Already known for their art prints, gift wrap and stationery, they recently introduced the stuff that really encourages a person to get crafty. Gift Packaging 101 with Joke + Sally

Packaging 101

I’d hoped to get some great photos to share with you, but alas found myself too caught up with all the fun projects they had prepared for us. Instead I’ve put together this peek at some great ideas as shared on their blogs. Some of these are similar to those taught in the class. I love how they’re simple yet elegant, and not at all hard to do.
